NRV have developed a partnership of well experienced entrepreneurs that have been campaigning in the Black Economic Empowerment space for a collective 40 year period in the consulting and technology arena. As both these groups share similar interest, namely the social development, black economic empowerment, thirst for business, exceptional execution of projects within timescales, the ability to deliver on promises, and impeccable business principles and practices; thus became an ideal platform for us to engage in the opportunity of providing a solution for Municipalities with an envisaged need for a Digital City with associated services.

 

There is a drive within the South African market to lower our current astronomical telecommunication costs. Government via municipalities; have embarked upon, of recent, on a Digital City initiative. By definition this would imply that Municipalities would offer a locally focused online network for voice, data and video. Providing city based content such as community events, nightlife, localized yellow pages, video surveillance for crime management (especially in the City Center), entertainment and e-commerce. Combined with these community based information, is the reduced telecommunication cost for both voice and data.
